Kemin Foods: Ron Thielenhause, Beth Thompson and Richard Roberts

Kemin Foods, Des Moines, IA, has made several additions to its staff. Ron Thielenhause has been named director of operations. Mr. Thielenhause had previously been a plant manager for Baxter Healthcare. Beth Thompson has been appointed global regulatory affairs manager. Most recently, Ms. Thompson served as manager of quality assurance and regulatory affairs for Novartis-Gerber Products. Lastly, Richard Roberts has been named technical service manager, personal care and cosmetics. Previously, Mr. Roberts ran a consultant firm that assisted companies with issues involving all aspects of the development and launch of products.
